Terms of Service

#1. Agreement

By using Blend you agree to these Terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy.

#2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for your password and recovery code. Because data is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot recover it for you.

#3. Plans and payment

Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

#4. Acceptable use

You must not use Blend for fraud, illegal activity or abuse. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break the AUP.

#5. Beta software

Blend is in beta and provided "as is", without warranty. We don't guarantee that any website won't detect or block you.

#6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

#7. Termination

You can stop using Blend at any time. We may suspend accounts for breaches, non-payment or legal reasons.

#8. Changes

We will post updated Terms here and notify account holders of material changes.

#9. Governing law

To be determined (needs lawyer review).
