Privacy Policy

Who we are
Blend Browser ("Blend", "we") provides the Blend desktop app, website and optional cloud service.
Data we collect
- Account data: email address, a derived authentication key (never your password), optional display name, 2FA status.
- Encrypted profile data: if you use sync, encrypted blobs that we cannot decrypt.
- Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status from our payment providers. We never receive full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent and timestamps in server logs, kept for up to 30 days for security.
- Website: we do not use advertising trackers. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
Data stored only on your device
Local profiles, cookies, history and proxy credentials stay on your PC unless you enable sync, in which case they are encrypted first.
How we use data
To provide the service, prevent abuse, process payments, send service emails, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Hosting (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare), email delivery and payment providers act on our behalf. We may disclose data when required by law or to stop fraud or abuse.
Your rights
You can access, export or delete your account at any time. Contact us to exercise rights under GDPR or similar laws.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists, and deleted within 30 days after you delete it. Invoices are kept as required by tax law.
