Refund Policy

Adapted from a free refund-policy template. Needs lawyer review before launch.

• 14-day refund: if you're not happy with your first payment for a paid plan, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
• Renewals: cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Renewals are not refunded except where the law requires it.
• Crypto payments: refunds are made in the same asset at the then-current value, minus network fees, or as account credit.
• No refund is given for accounts closed for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.
• During the beta, payments are sandbox only, so no real money is charged.
